Sensors Networks
The fibre optic sensors network will consist of three types of
sensors:
• FBG local sensors devoted to temperature measurements, made up
of a casing to protect the grating against the high temperatures
reached during a forest fire;
• Fibre optic temperature distributed sensors, to be placed
along the edge of the roads which bound a forest area;
• CH4 gas sensors, consisting in Herriott multipass cells.
